She’s got a great eye for spotting adventurous souls and thrives on giving them direction in life. One of those adventurous souls is Nathan, her new assistant. Nathan moved to Los Angeles from Nebraska seeking success as a dancer, but now most of his time is spent making photocopies for Sally and her clients. One of those clients is Todd, a porn-addicted artist who agrees to help Sally get revenge for a past indiscretion in exchange for her helping him realize his greatest fantasy. Meanwhile, a starry-eyed street musician Sammy moves in with Nathan, and they soon find they have very different ideas of their relationship status. Soon, everyone becomes hopelessly ensnared in Sally’s kinky entanglements.

    Its an interesting movie but the problem is the story never goes anywhere. Just some people thrown together and there paths intertwine.

    A very average indie drama that is never as edgy as it could be to set itself apart from numerous other indie dramas.     All I can say about this movie is there was a lot of pot smokin and sexy picture takin. And that was about it. This was kind of a Crash wannabe.     An interesting indie flick, Garden Party has some really good performances and a funny and real story. The movie has some flaws, but it´s worth of watch.

    i know it's an indie film, but it was terrible. one of the characters is a complete knock off of vince vaugh - just too much. one character is a wanna-be singer but his voice was like nails on a chalkboard. almost funny cuz he music itself was pretty decent, just not his voice. and then there is the gorgeous realtor who is the 'best' in LA cuz she gives her multi-million dollar clients tiny bags of weed in their listing packets. yea, whatever. and watching a movie about homeless teenagers trying to get paid for sex is very depressing. couldn't sit through it.
